I've been involved in sports for over 30 years. For 20 years, I've also been active as a trainer in many areas - sports and the body are my life! Now I was torn from this life over 2 years ago. I pulled myself together for an eternity to continue my job. But in the end I was no longer capable of anything. For a year I only got to the wrong doctors and everything only got worse. Not least because of a completely wrong mindset, full of anger and fear, I was stuck.
My Turning Point
With the last bit of fighting spirit and fortunately finally the right mentors (holistic doctors, mindset coaches), I found my way back to my energy. I was open to new things and studied things like gut health, nutrition, hormone balance, and breathing, so that I now work with the doctors who first put me on the right track and coach their patients.

The power of the mind is undeniable. With the right mindset, we can achieve incredible things. However, cultivating a positive mindset is not as simple as uttering a few affirmations. It requires consistent effort, self-awareness, and a willingness to challenge our negative thought patterns. If it were easy, we wouldn't struggle with body image issues, chronic health conditions, make poor choices, or experience dissatisfaction in life.

I myself was in a cycle of anger, hate, fear, and self-doubt due to my illness (which I ultimately only got into so deeply through the wrong mindset for years).

If it weren't for the right mentors coming into my life just in time, I wouldn't be standing here today. I wouldn't have had the strength to believe in my body again. It was only through this phase of my life that I learned what the right mindset is, how important your mind is, and what you can achieve with it. I wish I had had such a mentor in competitive sports back then and known what the right mindset is.
