Through my holistic training concepts in personal training, I will guide you to your best version, a pain-free, mobile body, and full of life energy.

With my Movement Health Coaching, I will get you into the best shape of your life and teach you how to protect yourself from injuries and everyday overuse pain. Together, we will develop a training program tailored to you and your goals (weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, flexibility, pain relief).

I would also be happy to provide you with holistic training, nutrition, and mindset coaching.

The root causes of visible physical problems always stem from within. A bloated stomach, acne, neurodermatitis, metabolic problems, chronic pain, and exhaustion do not occur by chance, there are reasons for them - poor gut health! The same applies to immune diseases. The cause is always located in the gut and must therefore also be treated there. I would be happy to help you get your symptoms under control with a suitable dietary change and a healthy gut microbiome, healed leaky gut syndrome (permeable intestinal mucosa). With my holistic nutrition concepts, I can help you achieve a healthy gut, a good metabolism, and a higher quality of life.

Through a combination of corrective exercises that utilize the full range of motion, core and functional training, and my accompanying mindset work, we achieve visible and noticeable results after just a few sessions. Symptoms such as joint pain, belly fat, sluggishness, and fatigue visibly recede.

Online work is no different here, as I can see you very clearly on my large screen ;) and you, like offline, receive detailed plans and videos for further training days of the week. I even work purely online with deaf-mute clients.

I would also be happy to work with you directly on Mallorca, either permanently or during your vacation.

Hi, I'm Nadine Gina – born on the ice – grown up on the asphalt!

Through my sport, I have been fortunate to experience a wide range of training methods and sports (athletics, ballet, strength training, endurance) as well as close collaboration with physiotherapists.

I have a background in competitive sports and started working as a trainer early on. Having been affected by injuries myself at an early age, I delved into anatomy and went beyond conventional training methods.

In addition to my studies, I have also completed my licenses as a fitness instructor, personal trainer A-License, athletic trainer, nutritionist, and additional licenses in the areas of mobility, fascia, and movement health coaching.

I don't do generic training with you, but create your individual training to achieve your goals! Whether it's strength training, mobility, yoga, HIIT, core - we do what you need for long-term weight loss without dieting, muscle building, gain, pain relief or a flat stomach! We never lose sight of the fun - because our mindset plays a big role in achieving our goals and if you don't enjoy the way you train, you won't stick with it and be successful in the long run!
