Hi, I'm Nadine Gina.
As a former competitive athlete, I’ve always been fascinated by sport, the latest sports science insights, different training methods, and nutrition.
“Success is no accident!”
But it was my own story that led me to become a health coach.
Health isn’t just the absence of illness—it’s about vitality, quality of life, and joy in living!
Through sport, I was able to learn a wide range of training methods and sports (athletic training, ballet, strength training, etc.) and to work closely with physiotherapists.
I come from competitive figure skating, and I first worked as a figure skating and athletic trainer, as well as with modern pentathlon athletes. Alongside my studies, I completed my fitness trainer licenses and worked as a fitness and dance instructor.
Because I have always been driven to support each person individually according to their needs, I successfully completed my Personal Trainer A License and my nutrition consultant training in 2008. From then on, I began working as a personal trainer in various areas.
After my pregnancy in 2016, I developed my own training concepts and, through my clients and my own experience, gradually trained myself to see the body as one whole. Alongside my anatomical expertise, my passion for a healthy, holistic lifestyle—including nutrition and mindset—grew more and more.
Only a versatile body is a fit, healthy body
But without a healthy mind and the right mindset, this means nothing. As a health coach, my goal is to help people experience movement and a healthy lifestyle with the right mindset as a feeling for life—not as a “struggle” or a must to please others. But because you are the most valuable thing there is! And only when you feel good and love yourself can you truly be 100 percent there for others, love, and be loved.
I wish someone had taught me this sooner—and that I hadn’t fallen into such a huge spiral of stress, leading to an unrecognized, lingering EBV (Epstein-Barr virus), ultimately a reactivated, chronic EBV with another autoimmune disease that went undiagnosed for over a year.
Even when doctors made me feel like I wasn’t quite normal, I ultimately didn’t give up. I found doctors, educated myself, and kept going until I finally had diagnoses. Through a complete lifestyle change, discovering the gut as the center of health, a lot of mindset work, and much more—after a time when I couldn’t even go for a walk anymore—I found my way back to life and to sport.
But you shouldn’t wait until you feel sick to focus on your health—instead, listen closely to your body beforehand and always feel that sense of vitality!
Your gut is the center of your health
Even though I’ve always supported my clients individually and to the best of my knowledge, it was often especially about having the best shape, going further, faster, higher, and not about the most important thing (even if trainers often think that with exercise and a somewhat healthier diet, you’re doing enough for your health): actual physical and mental health! I’ll get to the core with you of why your metabolism is struggling and why you’re not making progress, whether it’s about losing weight, building muscle, chronic bloating, joint or organ pain, acne, and other skin problems.
My goal is to bring you into the best shape of your life, physically and mentally. I start where the root of your “problem” is. Through the nutrition guide I developed and my recipes that are easy for anyone to incorporate into everyday life (for which I also work as a nutrition consultant for doctors), you’ll learn how lasting nutrition that suits you works. It can be easy!
If needed, I have a network of doctors and osteopaths, and I’m always here for you with my expertise and empathy.
