Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Cancel

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days – depending on the type of contract:

• for goods purchases (e.g., Barre Mobility): from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods;
• for services (e.g., health coaching, training sessions): from the day the contract is concluded;
• for digital content that is not delivered on a physical data medium (e.g., PDF programs): from the day the contract is concluded.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content: If you expressly agreed during checkout when purchasing digital content that we may begin performance (activation/download) before the end of the withdrawal period, and confirmed your awareness that this right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356(5) BGB upon complete provision of the service, then downloaded or activated digital content can no longer be revoked once fully provided.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nutrition Coach Nadine Gina Krüger, Spanische Allee 6A, 14129 Berlin, Email: nadineberlinpt@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough that you send the notification of your cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notification of your withdrawal from this contract reaches us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

For purchases, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you're withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met as long as you send the goods before the 14-day period ends.

You'll be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you asked us to start the services during the withdrawal period, you'll owe us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the portion of services already provided up to the time you let us know you're withdrawing, compared with the total scope of services covered by the contract.
