Cancellation Policy

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Nutrition Coach Nadine Gina Krüger, Spanische Allee 6A, 14129 Berlin, Email: nadineberlinpt@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough that you send the notification of your cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we'll promptly refund all payments we've received from you, including shipping costs (except any extra costs that arise because you chose a delivery method other than the most affordable standard delivery we offer). We'll do this without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. For the refund, we'll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we've expressly agreed on something else. You won't be charged any fees for this refund. We may wait to issue the refund until we've received the goods back or you've provided proof that you've sent them back, whichever comes first.

Please send the goods back to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you're withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met as long as you send the goods before the 14-day period ends.

You'll be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you asked us to start the services during the withdrawal period, you'll owe us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the portion of services already provided up to the time you let us know you're withdrawing, compared with the total scope of services covered by the contract.
